Lavender essential oil has been used for centuries now, and it is popular for its versatility. It is used to cleanse cuts, heal bruises, and soothe skin irritations. But lavender oil is best known for curing anxiety and insomnia, making it the ideal essential oil to put you to sleep.

Chamomile –
For years, chamomile tea has been used as a natural remedy to reduce inflammation and anxiety and treat insomnia. In fact, chamomile is commonly regarded as a mild tranquilizer or sleep inducer
